One -to -one tuition is the best way to develop a yoga practice to meet your individual needs. This is often the safest way to begin to explore yoga if you have a specific health issue. Any concerns can be given special attention and a therapeutic approach adopted.
Yoga offers various levels of approach to relax, energise, remodel and strengthen the body and psyche. Beginning with the physical body, which for most people is a practical and familiar starting point, it eventually influences all aspects of the person – vital, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

Cost is £25 per hour. An initial session is usually one and a half hours at a cost of £35. A personal programme will be provided and reviewed at agreed intervals.
