Scott's Summer Yoga Challenge!
As I'm sure you've heard me preach, Yoga
works best when done frequently. Ideally, a little practice every
day will bring a lot of changes at all levels of your body (mind, body,
soul). But it can be so hard to get in the way of it, actually managing to
get up out of bed and practice every morning.
Enter Scott's Summer Yoga Challenge...
my idea is to hold a short led class at StillPoint in Kilmarnock every
morning from Monday 2nd August to Sunday 8th August inclusive.
Practice will be 7am to 8am weekdays, 8am to 9am Saturday and
Sunday. The idea is to let everyone have time to come in, practice,
and then head off to work. Practice will be light and breath-focused, so
we don't end up sweating and need to shower, and will be the same each day
so we can see progress.
I am offering these 7 classes at a price
of £35, and to encourage you to practice every day I will offer a
£10 refund to anyone who practices every day.
