Cost

10 week block – £50

5 class card (valid for 8 weeks) – £30

Drop-in – £7.

Ayrshire College staff/ students – subsidised rate of £4 if paying for a block of classes or £5.50  per drop-in.

Both the Ayrshire College classes are open to all, cost as detailed above.

 

Yoga is suitable for all but if you have any health issues please contact me prior to coming to class. We  can arrange to meet 15mins before class starts to discuss any specific recommendations.

Please arrive at least 5 mins before class starts.

What to wear

Loose, comfortable clothing to allow ease of movement. Yoga is usually practised in bare feet.

What to bring

Please bring you own yoga/ exercise mat. An extra layer of clothing or a blanket can make the final relaxation more effective and comfortable as the heat generated in the physical practice can be retained in the body. If you are used to using blocks or other props you are welcome to bring these along.
