Monday 7.00 – 8.15pm Live on Zoom.
A recording of the class is available and the link to this will be sent out to all who have booked. This means if you were unable to join in the live class, you can still do the weekly practice at another time that suits you. It is available for 7 days after each class.
£5 per class. Block payment monthly (ie 4 or 5 weeks / £20 or £25) via BACS transfer.
With the move to online classes, I am planning to introduce a beginners class. If you are new to yoga and are interested in joining, please contact me by email for further details.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing to allow ease of movement. Yoga is usually practised in bare feet.
What to use
Your own yoga/ exercise mat. An extra layer of clothing or a blanket can make the final relaxation more effective and comfortable as the heat generated in the physical practice can be retained in the body. If you are used to using blocks or other props you are welcome to have these to hand.
