Please note that from 7/9/20 I have moved my classes online. DAY TIME Monday 7.00 – 8.15pm Live on Zoom. A recording of the class is available and the link to this will be sent out to all who have booked. This means if you were unable to join in the live class, you can still do the weekly practice at another time that suits you. It is available for 7 days after each class. Cost £5 per class. Block payment monthly (ie 4 or 5 weeks / £20 or £25) via BACS transfer. With the move to online classes, I am planning to introduce a beginners class. An extra layer of clothing or a blanket can make the final relaxation more effective and comfortable as the heat generated in the physical practice can be retained in the body. ‘Yoga is India’s greatest gift to the world’ Krishnamacharya Yoga means ‘to unite’ and this ancient practice can be applied today to help us restore health to our bodies and minds.
